There is a vast difference between providing the proper leadership skills to employee’s verses managing employees. An excellent leader should have the knowledge and ability to work with each and every employee regardless of race, creed, color, or religion. A group of team members that are offered the proper leadership skills while they are working instead of being micromanaged will develop a better sense of commitment, determination and loyalty, hence, producing excellent team work. This paper will discuss a current event a healthcare organization that required leadership attention, how to apply a leadership theory that most closely represents an approach to addressing the situation and why the selection could accommodate a desirable outcome.Current EventPromoting quality health care in my organization is vital to the success of the company.
