Banner Health resulted from a merger that came into being on the 1st day of September the year 1999. The merger involved Lutheran Health System and Samaritan Health System. Today, the organization is a critical health care system in the US with over 25 hospitals and 36000 employees. Readiness for the next decadeIn the threshold of development and growth, this center has mastered in creating a culturethat is diversified and all-inclusive to satisfy their customers. The Banner Health's team has set high the expectation in the system due to the culturally proficient and modern services that have been employed. This paper will provide illustrations and well-analyzed details on the intentions of the organization in delivering the outlined strategic plan while preparing issues to deal with in the coming years. The primary concern will be in patient satisfaction, a network for growth, staffing of nurses, and resource management. The truth has remained that there have been challenges as the healthcare costs have been up but the quality of services has remained quiet.
