•Do you think the new stakeholder management strategy of the organization better supports itsresponsibility to its constituents? Why? How? (3-4 paragraphs)In any firm there is something to lose or gain by stakeholders while creating strategies for the business. Organizations must cultivate supporters in support of any effort. Deciding whom to cultivate by analyzing how much they can help is a standard part of health and community service work, as well as of advocacy. The new stakeholder strategy supports its responsibility to its peers because it provides engagements for stakeholders to effectively elicit, form relationships, identify, and influences significant people of the organization (Emerson et al., 2011). Stakeholder management is essentially stakeholder relationship management as it is the relationship and not the actual stakeholder group that are being managed. Evaluation of the stakeholder process should be an integral part of the overall evaluation of the effort, and stakeholders themselves should be involved in developing that evaluation. Identifying and involving stakeholders can be a large part of ensuring the effort’s success. In order to gain stakeholder participation and support, it’s important to understand not only who potential stakeholders are, but the nature of their interest in the effort. These individuals who are affected by those decisions and the actions taken could have power to influence the outcome for stakeholders. The strategy Aetna developed further received popularity among the public as it engages stakeholders in the public sector organizational strategy other developments. The newly developed strategy does not aim to give the public a list of options, but rather to gain their views, needs, and ideas to help shape their current strategy they have now according to Emerson, et al. (2011). The support for responsibility is the result of different technique to identify which individuals of the organization to include within the program or stakeholder. To aid Aetna leaders in support of their electors identified the following stages.Being able to invite their involvement, address their concerns, and demonstrate how the effort will benefit them. Identify and map internal and external stakeholders. Assess the mature of each of the stakeholders’ influence and significance. Construct a matrix to identify stakeholder influence andsignificance and monitoring and managing stakeholder relationships. Managing stakeholders keepingthem involved and supportive can be made easier by stakeholder analysis, a method of determining their levels of interest in and influence over the effort.
