Will the study solve a problem relevant to nursing? (Make sure that the study is directly relevant to your topic/ and or clinical question.) - The purpose of the study is to identify underlying principles that explain how daily life considerations affect pressure ulcer development as understood by adults with spinal cord injury (SCI) - PROBLEM: Recent review changes suggests that more information is required, aside from numerous medical, demographic, and lifestyle variables, to further adequately document the degree of ulcer-risk associated with psychological and behavioral factors such as depression and unhealthy lifestyle, which are imperative to primary and secondary interventions despite the difficulty of being quantified. - Yes, the study will solve a problem relevant to nursing such as skin breakdown and pressure ulcers that are both prevalent in acute and long-term settings Page | 1

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
