S.M.A.R.T. is acronym for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-sensitive. This method of metric is applied and implemented to ensure goals precise and attainable.Specific- this aspect involves knowing what needs to be accomplished, the importance of the goal, the participants involved, the location, and the resources involved and available. Measurable- next we have measurable. This includes the quantity and the numerical aspects of the monitoring. Is also includes having numerical points to help identify when the goal or end result is accomplished or established. Attainable- focuses on knowing how the goal or objective can be accomplished and the realistic levels of obtaining the goals based on other factors such as finances and obtainable resources attainability.
