It’s important as an employer to eliminate ethical issues from the work place. When these issues arise, there can be legal repercussions. Therefore, being aware of employmentlaw is important when managing a business. In my experience in the workforce, as an employee and employer, I faced the most ethical issues as an employee. Roughly 9 years ago I was working at a McDonalds. At this time, I was 16 and in High School. The main ethical issues I faced at this job was the hours I was working. Not only was I often forced to work 10-hour days, I was forced to stay late on school nights as well as work midnights on the weekends from 10p-6a. This schedule, at the time, was nonnegotiable. These
