The project controlling process oversees all the works to ensure that the project will
be done within scope, on time and on budget. The project control management includes
the activities involved to observe the process after project implementation, identify
problems and risks, and deploy a mitigation strategy to control the new process (Noel
Ransom, n.d.). To be specific, the project control phase let the project team identify the
risks and implement the proper methods to mitigate the risks.
On the other hand, the aerospace defense projects are generally huge and
complicated which involve many personnel and companies. Moreover, the defense
projects are material, cost and time-intensive. That is, the products with certain quality
must be sell at low prices and be delivered on time. As a result, the project manager will
face tons of challenges while conducting a huge aerospace defense project.
