Different projects may contain different numbers or names for each phase, the basic phases of a project life cycle include the initiation phase, planning phase, execution phase, and closing phase. In the first place, the initiation phase is the phase where the goal of the project is identified. That is, the project manager and the team must know what problems or objectives are they exactly want to solve or achieve.
