A managed innovation process – How do we innovate? I have a small cleaning company where the work is done manually, which demands time and physical effort. A good way to innovate would be the development of an intelligent cleaning device capable of performing all the general tasks that an ordinary person would do. I plan to implement to management innovation with search and selection, exploring the best options that we can find to the company. Strategic alignment – Is everyone engaged and supportive? For innovations production team, engineers, administration must be involved. Industry foresight – Where are we headed? To satisfy all customers we are directing our innovations to a more efficient and fast way. Consumer/customer insight – Do we know what they want and need? We know that clients want excellence in the work done. We can be sure through market research. Core technologies and competencies – What are our strengths? Create a differentiated system, being able to highlight the company in front of competitors.
