The trip to Africa was really amazing and I wish you were there. But, I need to tell you about my favorite places. Let's start off with my favorite, Axum, which is ruled in an area called Ethiopia, which is in Eastern Africa. It is my favorite place because it was influential and very wealthy, that is because they took over neighboring cities. They also traded ivory, gold, glass, and agricultural and metal goods, helping them become the wealthiest city on the Ethiopian Coast. Christianity was brought in during the 4th century CE by missionaries, and they recently got a new king, King Ezan, he became the first known Christian king in Africa. My second favorite was of course, the Kongo, in Central Africa. It spread throughout parts of Angola, Cabinda, the Republic of the Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and
