Facts On Sunday March 27, 2016, at 2:37 A.M. Defendant, Jane freeman, was arrested and charged with operating under the Influence of alcohol, neglect operation of motor vehicle, failure to stop by officer Ryan Ross of the Hingham Police department. Ms. Freeman was weaving within mark lanes, Officer Ross stated he tried to pull the vehicle over and continued to try to stop Miss Freeman, officer Ryan said Ms. Freeman pursuit ended in Norwell at 32 Pond street out of his jurisdiction. Miss Freeman is stated by officer Ross to have had open beverages in her vehicle struggling with her wallet and seeming intoxicating, and not wearing a seatbelt.
