Page From: Riley Dobraniecki, Alex Cruse, Jason Vasquez Date: May 7, 2019 Subject: Northside Commons Development Plan Summary: The objective of this lab was to propose an aesthetic and spatially new dormitory extension to the existing Northside Commons (NSC) area for the upcoming students enrolling York College of Pennsylvania. For our traverse survey lab we located our closed-polygon traverse around NSC to determine the NEZ coordinates, azimuth, and distance of each boundary segment and later, put them into excel. We completed this by pinning nails around NSC’s ground to determine our traverse polygon. In our second lab we identified the existing topography, walkways, vegetation, and building site conditions. All the survey data that we collected was then transferred into excel to identify our PNEZD coordinates. The coordinates collected from both labs were then plugged into AutoCAD to identify our topography and traverse. After collecting our data from both labs we decided to attach the new addition of NSC

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
