Evaluation 2 Evaluation Plan To help with a turning schedule in a hospital it is important to have a plan that will follow through and staff can implement. The plan for a turning schedule should be able to be implemented by all staff. The resource nurse should follow through with the plan. One idea to plan a turning schedule for the high-risk patients could be the resource nurse and one Patient care associate or the nurse caring for that patient would go around and turn the patients every two hours and check the skin for any skin break down. A turning clock could help the staff remember to turn the high risk patients. “ Prior practices to help remind nursing staff to turn patients incl uded visual reminders, such as a turning clock.” (Schutt, Tarver&Pezzai,2018) The patient could wear a tracking system to help identify when the patient was turned and if the patient is being followed closely. This could be known as a tracer method. “

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
