Week 5 Discussion reply No, I don't think that the founding father have anticipated how much the fourth amendment would impact our right to privacy in today society. In today society you don't have the right to pricacy in public, but you have the right to privacy in you home. In your home its a different subject nobody is not allowed to walk or peak into your windows while on your property. Also, I do believe that they was expecting the government to write laws but stay in reason of the bill of rights.
