CONCLUSION 2 Conclusion The summary of findings after analyzing the data are striking and there are many trends seen in the evaluation of this data set. The rules that were taken into account were the policies set up with the sales persons and signed in a written contract. Looking at the data the components that were analyzed were number of sales appointment cancellations, contract sales amount, and how many contracts that were obtained per month. The one area that was noticed but there was not enough information given was the length of the presentation. This was not defined in the data and will offer suggestions at the end of this report. Steps Followed: Data Cleansed: The data that was given needed to be narrowed down and the most useful data was kept for analysis. Information that was the most useful was kept in the analysis was the sales number, date of sale, first and last name of consultant, state, office, and territory, total contracts, total sales, and total cancellations.
