Vision Values Definitions Goals Values Definitions Integration/Wholeness: The inner capacity to organize the personality (mind and body) into a coordinated, harmonious totality. Knowledge/Insight: The pursuit of truth through patterned investigation. One is motivated by increased intuition and unconsciously-gained understandings of the wholeness of reality. Intimacy/Solitude: The experience of personal harmony that results from a combination of meditative practice, mutual openness and total acceptance of another person which leads to new levels of meaning and awareness of truth. For some this is a religious experience involving a sort experience of unity with the universal order. Word: The ability to communicate universal truths so effectively that the hearer becomes conscious of his/her limitations such that life and hope are renewed in the individual hearer.

Vision Values Definitions Means Values Definitions Adaptability/Flexibility: To adjust one's self readily to changing conditions and to remain pliable during ongoing processes even under stressful circumstances. Generosity/Compassion: To be aware of others needs and limitations that leads to sharing one's unique gifts and skills as a way of serving others without expecting reciprocation. Search/Meaning/Hope: A personal exploration arising from an inner longing and curiosity to integrate one's feelings, imagination and objective knowledge in order to discover one's unique place in the world. Detachment/Solitude: The regular discipline of non-attachment that leads to quality relationships with others and the universal order. These values are normally highly valued in a corporate religious setting.

Vision Statement I strive I strive to delve deeper in the academic study of Leadership, which will provide me with a foundation to grow from, and to gain new perspectives to enhance and broaden my world view. To achieve this, I am looking within myself and hoping to articulate who I am as a person. With this knowledge, I hope that I can be more open to understanding the intricacies of others.
