What steps can managers take to eliminate filtering and information distortion? b. Why do some managers find it difficult to be good listeners? Explain. c. How can communication be improved using your workplace experiences? Give an example. Referring to the 5.1 Devotional reading and your knowledge and/or research of Scripture, explain how at least one biblical idea or principle could help improve communication in your workplace or one with which you are familiar. Employees will be more inclined to filter communications about negative or bad information because the Manager or Organization has a history of chastising this type of information. In order for a manager to prevent filtering, they should have open communication with their employees. Meaning they should reward all communication of all information positive and negative and be sure to speak to
