hit a tree. There are no skid marks and there were no witnesses. When approaching the vehicle, the driver, who was the mayor of the town, is impaired by alcohol. I could also smell alcohol coming from his breath, he was slurring his words, and he was lethargic. The driver told me he swerved in order to avoid a dog, lost control and struck the tree. Luckily, the mayor was not injured. After asking the mayor if he consumed alcohol, he told me he only had one glass of wine at a retirement dinner. He asked me to complete an accident report and take him home. I continued to question him telling him I was concerned that he was driving while under the influence of alcohol. He claims he was not drinking and not to worry because I did not actually see him driving. He also claimed he would not say anything to anyone and that he has a lot of influence with what happens at the police station. I know I can just complete the accident report claiming he swerved to avoid an animal, and no one would find out he was drinking. No one else knows about this accident so

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
