The building Canon Manor located at 415 E. Main Street Canon City; Colorado is in the Historic District of downtown Canon City. The building has the appearance of an old Victorian Style building that houses 37 apartments, 12-1-bedroom, 13-2-bedroom, 10-3 bedroom, and 2-4 bedroom. Canon Manor contains 1,422,243 square feet or 32.65 acres. The building itself was

first built in 1991 and is still in very good condition. The building size is 450,600 square feet, it has an office, a daycare/head start facility, two community centers, a laundry room, and a convenience store. It conforms to all applicable zoning, use regulations and restrictions. With the current location of the building and the size of the lot, I would be able to expand. The current staff consists of daycare personal. There is not an onsite manager as a property management company will be utilized. Many of the current tenants are families. They occupy 75% of the units. These tenants are hardworking productive members of the community who work hard to keep the building clean and in good condition. I would consider it a top priority to maintain them as tenants as there are not many family-oriented complexes in the downtown area.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
