STRATEGIC CHANGE CASE STUDY2Strategic Change Case StudyA company that inspires creativity and collaboration from its employees sounds like a dream come to many people out there, but when they also use that creativity to do great things outside of their company it shows that they are not only in it to make money. I have had the chance to work for a company just like this and a chance to work for a great leader that inspired all of us to want to work and put in the time to do more for the community. This paper is talking about global creativity, but CVS Health did as much as they could within the united states as wellas contribute to organizations that could help people across the world. This paper will talk about CVS Health and how they fit the definition to creative leadership. It will discuss the impact of organizational culture and structure on opportunities for strategic change. Lastly, this paper will formulate a conclusion that includes a personal analysis of the organization's potential for strategic change.CVS HealthSome background on CVS Health is that they opened business for the first time in 1960 as Consumer Value Stores. The focused mostly on beauty and health products, and within the first ten years the company grew to add in seventeen stores and was also sold within that timeframe [CITATION His19 \l 1033 ]. Throughout the years CVS Health has grew and grew acquiring smaller chains to add to their now over 1600 plus pharmacy chains [ CITATION His19\l 1033 ]. Over those years they made it their mission to make sure that they could provide the best experience and quality of service to their customers. They not only supplied the customers
