Engl. 134 Dr. Smith Fad or Lifestyle? (rough draft/ outline) Veganism, being recognized as the newest “fad” diet to everyone who knows nothing about the effects animal byproducts has on our bodies. Is veganism a fad diet though? Most vegans are vegans forever once they start, it is hard on the human body to make big changes once meat is cut out of someone’s diet. As a vegan, I know when my body has consumed an animal byproduct such as dairy my body feels different in the sense my stomach hurts for hours and my acne flares up like no other. It is crazy how the minute meat and dairy are cut from someone’s diet their body readjusts after a certain period and if they happen to go back their body will almost reject it. The human body was not made to consume animal byproducts. The human body was made to consume plants only. The human body was not made to consume another species’ milk. The human body was made to consume human milk until a certain age.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
