Sydney Adams TIME magazine, September 2016 “The New Science of Exercise” by Mandy Oaklander Pages: 54-60 How many times have you heard someone say that their New Year's resolution is the go to the gym more or get back into shape? The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
