Two attorney’s, one that is ardently Christian and has attempted to gain the presidential throne three times and one that is ardently for progression and truth in a scientific sense, face off in the small-town courthouse. The primary issue is whether Evolution should be taught in school, whether a school teacher that did teach Evolution should be tried and convicted, whether creationism and religion have a place in public schools. The issue of creationism or evolution is highlighted from impact of the youth, validity of teachers and two opposing forces of religion and science. 2.
