SUPPORTING CHILDREN’S WELLBEING 2 Children who are harassed can experience negative physical, academic, and emotional wellbeing issues. Children who are tormented are bound to understanding: Sorrow and tension, expanded sentiments of pity and depression, changes in rest and eating behaviors, and loss of enthusiasm for exercises they used to appreciate (Garandeau et al. 2016). These issues may persevere into adulthood. The extent to which victims of bullying suffer adverse outcomes is partly determined by how they cope with being bullied. Many children are not given the emotional and mental support they ought to have for them to heal and move on with their lives (Menesini & Salmivalli, 2017). Parents, teachers, schools and their fellow students have a role to play in helping the children recover from their bullying experience. Bullying affects these children negatively mentally,
