I am currently studying my Associates in Paralegal at Bryant and Stratton College. Once I have completed all of my courses I will be able to work in any Law Office as a Paralegal. I chose the differences in a Paralegal job and a Counselor job. I have always been extremely interested in becoming a Paralegal but I also would love to become a Counselor. Paralegal is definitely my #1 choice. Being a Paralegal can be very hard some times. Paralegals have a lot of tasks that they have to complete for their employer. You always want to be aware of the tasks that a job is expecting you to do before you decide to take that career path. The duties that a Paralegal is responsible for are: 1. Document preparation, including drafting agreements, contracts, and briefs. 2. Representing parties in administrative law hearings. 3. Providing legal information to a general audience. 4. Explaining procedural issues of law.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
