MINUTES FOR THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT HELD ON 15 TH JUNE 2019 IN THE PRINCIPAL’S OFFCICE AT 3.57 P.M MEMBERS PRESENT Rev. Josephat- C.E.O Mrs. Kamau -School director Mr. Francis -Chairman Mr. Solomon -The principal ABSENT WITH APOLOGY Mr. Ken Waweru AGENDA 1. Preliminaries 2. Introductions 3. Goal of the B.O.M 4. Principals report 5. Financial report 6. Fees payment 7. Parents’ meeting 8. Appreciation of the secretary and principal 9. A.O.B MIN1/2019 PRELIMINARIES The meeting was called to order by the director Mrs. Kamau and Rev. Josephat encouraged the members from the book of Exodus about God’s promises to Moses. He further emphasized on victory harvest and crown that never fail. MIN 2/2019 INTRODUCTIONS The director requested the members of the B.O.M to introduce themselves. They all has a common goal of working together as a team to ensure the school succeeds. MIN 3/2019 GOALS OF THE B.O.M Springs of Wisdom was started for various reasons which was the main purpose of the meeting.
