Christina Persiani IPHY 3420 September 10, 2007 Homework #1 1.) When I went to the Boulder farmers market and got a peach, it was one of the best and most fresh peach I have ever eaten. The peaches I bought at the farmers market were picked the day before I ate them at Morton’s Organic Orchard in Palisade, Colorado. 2.) One dish that I could cook with one of these ingredients would be chicken with cheddar broccoli. 3.)
