ECE 102, Winter 2005 Final 1 of 4 Student ID Name (Last, First) Question 1 (2 points): Name the operating mode of the transistor for the cases (a) through (d) shown on the two graphs below. [Give the names used in this class]. I D is the NMOS drain current and I C is the pnp BJT collector current. Question 2 (3 points): Name three different possible models to simulate an OPAMP in PSpice, and list them in increasing order of sophistication/accuracy. It is sufficient to give the names of the models. If you forgot the name, describe/draw the model briefly instead (e.g what PSpice component you use). Before you start the exam, fill out your name and student ID, and do the same on the answer pages. Do not take these pages apart , except for the cheat sheet pages (you may detach those). Do NOT write on these question pages , except for your name and student ID.
