Young generation which is Gen Y is enjoying networking, creative, achievement orientated, appreciate speed and opt for work life balance. 2. Supporting details They have courage to lead, adaptive to changing environment, efficiency, multi-tasking and possess higher educational qualifications. C. Paragraph 3: (your opinion) Older generation is more suitable to be senior management. 1. Topic sentence 3 Older people can be a better leader due to young people is not mature enough to handle their emotions and relationships in working environment. 2. Supporting details They are self-centeredness, not loyal to company and not familiar with the role compared to older people. III. Conclusion Restatement Older people are more suitable for senior management role based on the reasons stated above. Nowadays, senior management of organizations is often elder people. Since younger generation is going to replace older generation, some prefer to have younger people at managerial level. According to International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed, there are 11.4 million youths who make up 46% of the nation[ CITATION Tas13 \l 1033 ] are mostly in working stage of their lives that is significant to Malaysia. However, both older and younger generations have their unique characteristics of becoming good leaders.
