Correlations Introduction This study examines two leadership styles, transformational and servant leadership, and compares leadership styles to organizational performance outcomes. The objective of this study is to analyze which leadership style maximizes profitability. Transformational leadership is defined as promoting intellectual stimulation, learning, and promoting an organizations vision and goals, while servant leadership is promoting and establishing a positive relationship with workers, which in turn promotes organizational productivity. The researchers hypothesize, “(H1) transformational leadership is positively related to organization learning,” “(H2) servant leadership is positively related to organization learning,” and “(H3) organization learning is positively related to organization performance. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
