About Attachment Site Our attachment site was at Ayder Comprehensive Specialized Hospital Inpatient Pharmacy. Dispensing to patients who are admitted at the hospital was our main daily activities. Mostly the drug was dispensed to caregivers nurses and porters. 12/19/2016 3

Monograph for Representative Drug Heparin • Dosage form : Parental 5000IU • Drug class – Anticoagulant • Therapeutic actions – Heparin inactivates factor XA, therefore inhibiting thrombus and clot formation by blocking the conversion of prothrombin to thrombin and fibrinogen to fibrin, the final steps in the clotting process.
