NETWORK MEMBER 1 Name: Dr. Sam Eisa Title: Medical Director Organization: Cigna Academic or Professional: Professional Why I selected this individual and/or team and how they will support my success in the MSN program and as a practicing nurse: Notes: Dr. Eisa is the medical director that oversees all clinical operations for my current position. The team consists of case managers, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, social workers, and embedded care coordinators. Networking with him will not only continue to increase my knowledge with different disease processes but increase my opportunity to gain employment as a new MSN graduate practitioner.

NETWORK MEMBER 2 Name: Connect to Walden Facebook Group Title: Master of Science in Nursing Starting Jan-Feb 2019 Organization: Walden University Academic or Professional: Academic Why I selected this individual and/or team and how they will support my success in the MSN program and as a practicing nurse: Notes: This group will allow me to connect with other MSN students who have chosen the same career path. It will provide a forum to discuss and clarify classroom discussions and assignments. It may also be beneficial in gaining insight into how other students are effectively managing the workload of online studies. This group could also provide tips and information on possible clinical sites students have used in my area in the past.

NETWORK MEMBER 3 Name: Dr. Jahana Hill Title: Hospitalist and Private Practice Owner Organization: Druid City Hospital/Self-Employed Academic or Professional: Professional Why I selected this individual and/or team and how they will support my success in the MSN program and as a practicing nurse: Notes: Dr. Hill is a well-known and respected physician in the community. She will serve as my mentor throughout my graduate studies. Her affiliation as a hospitalist and private practice owner could help with gaining employment as an AGPC-NP after graduation. I also plan to utilize her practice as a clinical site.
