The Patient was moved to the hospital from clinical trial for stabilization and long-term medical supervision. The data obtained from the family divulges that that patient developed a gradual decompensated, rejection of oral food intake for over 2 days, but could be able to swallow his medicines, which illustrates an impaired understanding and judgment, high levels of confusion. After being admitted, the patient become alert and was able to realize a number of things including his wife, mother and himself. The
