If Campbell didn’twant them then Wentz could sell those other carrots to other farmers with Campbell permission.The contract also in Campbell favor expressed the 50 dollars per ton if Wentz broke the contract.However, the reason the court refused to help Campbell enforce the contract is that the contractdid not work in the favor both party since it showed that Campbell had full control and as statedthe, that if Campbell refuse the carrots the Wentz needed Campbell permission to sell to anotherwhich the court found unfair.
