Examine the working of schools in the K-12 environmentWithin my process, I interviewed Mr. Wallace (4thgrade teacher) and Ms. Benson (Principle) to understand the school’s environment and culture.Midland Elementary School consists of grades K-5 with 657 students and a 26 to 1 ratio and is known for their students having high test scores compared to other elementary schools.It is a very dedicated and diverse school, who’s main purpose is to serve the children while making sure the parents are involved in their children’s curriculum.What I found from my interviews and the schools environment was that, understanding every student has different socio-economic statuses, which can have an affect on their school work and academics
