2Running Head: 7-2 Final Project Submission There are many forces that affect the delivery of healthcare as the delivery of healthcare involves the service delivery. Advancements in today’s technologies and demographics are just to name a few. Advancements of technology is a major force that affects the delivery of healthcare because over the past few decades technology has made major technological advancements that have affected the way healthcare is being delivered. Medical technology, diagnostic and treatments and also the way medications are now being prescribed have all made a major advancement of in delivering healthcare very efficiently. All of this might not have been possible in the past without the advancements in technology in healthcare. Demographics play a major role in the delivery of healthcare. It can often determine whether someone has access to healthcare or not. Many rural areas do not have access to healthcare providers because there are very fewer facilities and are not able to afford it. Nowadays, there are many new ways to provide care that more cost effective, improve overall availability, and give the best quality of care. The challenges that exists due to the forces discussed above would be the lack of healthcare professionals that provide quality care to different patients that need it. The advancement of technology provides a way to offer opportunities or services using the different technologies. The delivery of the services in the rural area for those that do not have access to healthcare would have positive impacts if the advancements were completely accepted by the healthcare delivery system.The organization, Cryo-Cell International, INC is located in Clearwater, FL. has many affiliates around the world. (CIK 000862692, SIC 8090) This organization gives a chance for families to cryogenically freeze the stem cells from their child’s birth. This is done by storing the
