CS/ECE 433 Introduction to Computer Graphics Fall 2007 Welcome to CS/ECE 433 Introduction to Computer Graphics , at the University of New Mexico . As its name implies, this course is an introduction to computer graphics. No prior computer graphics knowledge is expected, but students are supposed to be strong programmers since the assignments will require familiarity with C and C++. In this class, we will be learning about 2-D and 3-D computer graphics, in particular as they relate to real-time rendering. At the end of the semester, you will work on a video game that will play on an XBox360 game console! This class is the starting point of the graphics sequence we are developing at UNM. Announcements Final Exam: Thursday December 13 from 3-5pm in the regular classroom (ECE210). This will be closed-book, closed-notes. Don't forget to submit your final project materials on Sunday by midnight!
