Owned by the Emirates Group which forms part of the management team in charge of all operations at the airline. The Emirates Airlines is one of the few organizations that have achieved ISO Certification to indicatetheir ability to offer international standards (The Emirates Group, 2017). The ISO is a body that was created specifically to set international standards which international organizations are required to conform to before they can be certified by the body. This paper looks at Emirates Airline carrying out an audit as to whether they have adhered to the ISO Certification and areas where they need improvements before their ISO Certification can get renewed.Understanding the Emirates Airline and its Quality ManualThe Emirates Airline is an airline company that has its headquarters in Dubai with severalother corporate stations across the globe. This has made the company one of the most respected across the globe due to the quality services which has been the company’s main selling point. Due to this, the company has had its flight catering services achieving the ISO 9000 certified sing the year 2012. One of the reasons for this certification was based on the Emirates Airline’s expansion program which led the company to increase its passenger inflow (Emirates Airline, 2017).
