Trouble Shooting Denied Access to Moraine Park’s Student E-Mail
August 31, 2012
3:20 - 3:25 p.m.
Attempted to log in to my student e-mail account & was denied access.
3:30 - 3:36 p.m.
Attempted to log in a few more times after making sure my password
was correct.
An error message popped up that said I had entered
the wrong password too many times and it gave a
hyperlink to
reset it. I then clicked on the hyperlink.
3:40 - 3:50 p.m.
Filled out the form, which included my name, address, phone number,
student account information, and main email account so that they
can contact me in case they needed further information &
sent it.
Logged off to work off line.
