Wal-Mart   1. How does Wal-Mart choose which products to offer for sale in its stores?  Wal-Mart follows the rules of supply and demands. By following these rules, Wal-Mart is able to see what  products are sold and the quantity of those products. Therefore, Wal-Mart will cater to these dollar votes and  supply more of the products that their customers demand. 2. Are you ever ripped off when buying goods there? Although there is a common misconception of being ripped off by Wal-Mart, the underlying truth is Wal-Mart  cannot afford to overcharge any of its customers. The reasoning behind this is simple, if Wal-Mart overcharged  its customers; they would be less inclined to shop at Wal-Mart and more willing to shop at competing stores  such as Target. Also the consumer of such products would have a marginal benefit higher than the marginal  cost or else the products would have not been worth purchasing. 3.
