Executive Summary The content of our report consists of a web design and a report. In the following text a table of content should guide the reader to specific page numbers and subject. Background In today’s retail environment, online sales are at a high that will continue to increase each year. With the high volume of online purchasing, a retail company that wants to show themselves as a true competitor in the market needs to offer this kind of service. Currently, the PGA TOUR Superstore does not carry this service on their Website and this is a situation that needs to be rectified. Each large competitor of the PGA TOUR Superstore houses a website that offers online sales and therefore has an advantage currently over the new retailer. Proposed Solution In order to keep up with the competitive market, the PGA TOUR Superstore needs to begin e- commerce. We will provide the golf and tennis retailer a framework for their e-commerce beginning that will put them a head above the competition. We will start by creating the store front as a separate entity stemming off of the company website. By working with vendors to
