Unformatted text preview: Justin Gardiner Event Analysis #2 Professor Olivarez 4 March 2009 Zilker Park Kite Festival I went to the Zilker Park Kite Festival on March 1, 2009 from 10am-5pm. The main sponsor of this 81 st annual event was HEB Foods, but was also helped out by the likes of Magic 95.5 Radio station, News 8 Austin, Culvers Butter Burgers & Frozen Custard, The Austin American Statesman, Austin Parks and Recreation, World Wind Kites, and Time Warner Cable. Sponsors and Donors are very important to this event, taking care of 100 percent of the expenses. This event has in the past cost anywhere from $4,900 to $6,400 so sponsors are imperative to keeping this traditional event alive.
