SCIENCE REVIEW…. Nature of Science- the thought that we can find out about our universe through different things. Always subject to testing, and revisions if needed. The Limits of Science- Science doesn’t answer the questions of value, morality, or of the supernatural. The Scientific Method- 1. Ask a question 2. Form a hypothesis 3. Test the hypothesis 4. Analyze the testing 5. Draw conclusions 6. Communicate results 7. Experimental Design- If the program is given, then the outcome occurs. And if the program is not given, then the outcome does not occur. It shows an absolute validity in your experiment outcome. Pseudoscience- A theory, methodology, or practice that is considered to be without scientific foundation. EX: Astrology. Evolution- Already know Creationism/ Intelligent Design- the assertion that "certain features of the universe and of living things are best explained by an intelligent cause, not an undirected process such as natural selection Newton’s Laws of Motion- - Newton's first law states that every object will remain at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line unless compelled to change its state by the action of an external force.
