The report provides an analysis of two sites that have driver expectancy problems in the Atlanta area. The first site, as requested, is the I-85 interchange at Northcrest Road in northeast Atlanta. The second site is the intersection of Ferst Drive and Regents Drive on the Georgia Tech campus.
