Perform the following unsigned multiplication using the Add & Shift method. Use a table similar to the style used in class to work your answer out step by step. Submission Instructions : Show the binary value of A & Q (don’t worry about C) at the end of each iteration (i.e. after the shift for each iteration). a. M=1101 * Q=0110 2. (12 pts.) Perform the following multiplications using Booth’s algorithm and Bit -Pair Recoding. Assume all numbers are signed 2’s compleme nt numbers. Submission Instructions : You will be asked to show the 3 partial products (PP) that should be generated from each multiplication.
