For this P-Only design, the design level of operation is a measured level of 3.3 m. The flow rate of the disturbance stream is about 2.0 L/min. The set point should be at the design level of the measured process variable: y setpoint = 3.3 m A P-Only controller design requires the controller bias. Search for this value and record your result: u bias = 64% 2) Compute the steady state process gain, K P , overall time constant, P , and apparent dead time, P , at the design level of operation. Set the controller output to 60% and step it to 68%. This data on average describes the design level of 3.3 m.
