Since college, Mrs. Hale has taught fitness and wellness at both Ball State University and Anderson University as well as physical education for K-12. She has had opportunities to work with factory, hospitals, world headquarters, resort, and top corporate wellness programs. 4.What are the satisfying aspects of the interviewed professional’s work?-For Mrs. Hale the most satisfying aspects include sharing her passion while getting to help others with their own wellness journey. She also loves being able to use her creative mind to come up with programs that help motivate and make fitness fun. 5.What are the greatest pressures, strains or anxieties in the work?-In Mrs. Hales experience the greatest pressure she has to face is trying to make everyone happy. As she stated, “It can never be done”, but she has found that byteaching a variety of programs she is able to find at least one thing she can incorporate that everyone seems to like.
