Introduction My name is Girish Kumar. I am from Punjab, India. I have done bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in year 2016 from Punjab technical University and now I am here in Canada for further studies. It was my decision to come to Canada, my parents were not in the favor of it. So, it was not easy for me to convince them. But at last I convinced them and now I am here to join Conestoga college. I am pursuing global business management course here. I came here on December 12,2018. In report, I am going to describe about this decision and how I arrived at Canada and specially in Conestoga college. It took more than a year to take the decision, so I selected the decision-making modal to describe my decision. Figuring out the problem When I got my bachelor’s degree I decided to work as site engineer on a construction site. I started applying for this job in the private sector. But it was difficult to find job because millions of engineers are getting graduated every year in India. There are not enough jobs for them.
