Theimportant topics that will be covered consist of God, Humanity, Jesus, and Restoration. Therewill then be an analysis and reflection on the Christian worldview and how it is interpreted byother worldviews.GodWhat is God Like?God is said to be four main things, the first being that God is a Spirit as he is not limitedto boundaries, he is immeasurable and can be everywhere at any time. Second, the Bible revealsGod as a person as he is capable of feeling, thinking, loving and forgiving even though he doesnot take the shape of a body. God also is declared to be a holy and righteous being as he isperfect, good and does not sin. Last, God is love and because of his love has provided a plan ofredemption and salvation for all of his people. What are God’s Characteristics?
God has many characteristics that make him who he is, but some of his strongestcharacteristics consist of his ability to be everywhere around us and all-knowing of the paths heleads us down. He is accepting of us all, when we sin, he will forgive us if we are deserving, buthe will also love us through our sins. God is also powerful as he created the Earth and theheavens, as well as humanity. What is His Creation? In seven days, God had created the Earth, the heavens and humanity. On the first day Godcreated light, on the second day God created the seas and the sky. He then created land and plantsfor the land on the third day. On day 4, God created the sun, moon, and the stars. On day 5, Godcreated the fish and the birds and on the sixth day, he created animals, as well as humans. Afterall of his hard work, God rested on the seventh day and appreciated his good work that heaccomplished. HumanityWhat is Human Nature? It is human nature to sin, at least that is what the Bible states after Eve and Adam decideto sin against God and eat the fruit from the tree of life. We are material beings that search forour desires but find ourselves appealing to patterns and concepts that are not naturally indicated. To be a full human being we must do more than follow our desires and selfish ideals. What is Human Purpose?Human purpose is what individuals create for themselves and decide what their purposeshould mean. In the Bible, God wants man to be fruitful, this can mean reproduction, but it also
means to produce love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness, and self-control. “Then God blessed themand said, “Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it. Reign over the fish in the sea, thebirds in the sky, and all the animals that scurry long the ground.” (Genesis 1:28, ESV)
