Learning Self-Assessment Project Throughout this class, we’ll be talking about how people learn best. You’ll also have the opportunity to reflect on your own learning. I would like you to think about the things you do now and look for areas that you might like to improve. (For example: if you performed poorly on your last test after cramming for it late at night, while your roommates were watching Netflix in the same room– how might you improve your performance on your next exam?) Look for opportunities for personal improvement in any of the following areas (we’ll also be covering these topics in class): Time spent studying Study place Prioritizing tasks and staying organized Goal setting and anticipating obstacles Different ways people learn Activities that are best for learning Reducing stress and anxiety What to do when you’re struggling Once you’ve chosen an area of improvement, begin modifying your behavior in this area, and
